Whirlpool Corporation recently announced that administration responsibility for Dependability Plus service contracts has shifted from Service Net to Assurant.  There are a number of important procedural changes that companies need to be familiar with when providing service under these contracts.  For full details please click here. 

This administration shift also inadvertently resulted in the interruption of service referrals on some Expert Protection contracts that are also administered by Service Net.  The interruption was caused by systems changes on Service Net’s part.  If you experience any problems receiving referrals on Expert Protection plans you sold please email dsr@sndirect.com and copy info@expertprotection.com on your message.
