Brand Source Service Develops First in Series of Service Department “Basic Skills”


Brand Source Service is developing a set of “Service Department Basic Skills” to help members easily measure key performance characteristics of their service businesses and improve upon them to gain greater profitability.  These basic skills will be simple assessments of your businesses performance that will help you identify opportunities to improve your business.

The first of these tools, a spreadsheet designed to separate sales financial from service financials  and a second to determine your cost of a service call, were distributed recently.  If you have questions about how to use these tools or did not receive them, please contact your Brand Source Service Region Manager or email services@brandsource.com.  Your comments regarding these tools are welcome and encouraged.
