Brand Source Service Publishes Trouble Shooting Guide
Brand Source Service recently published the next in a series of tools that BSS has developed to help members improve the efficiency and profitability of their service businesses. The most recent tool, the Brand Source Service Trouble Shooting Guide, lays out basic trouble shooting questions that should be asked when taking a service call before dispatching a technician. These questions will help ensure that there is actually a product failure, drive customer satisfaction, and prevent companies from running unnecessary calls. The Guide is relatively generic in nature and in Microsoft Word format so that it can be tailored it the individual needs of companies.
