Brand Source Service Launches Call Center


The Brand Source Service call center is now live!  Consumers who dial 877-GO-BRAND will be given two options.  Option 1 is to locate a Brand Source dealer in their area.  Option 2 is to request a service call.  When Option 2 is selected a live agent will answer the call, take the customer, product and service information, and fax the service request to the BSS members who services that product in the customer’s ZIP code.  The call center will refer calls based on the information you provided on your Member Profile when you signed up for Brand Source Service.  If you are not sure if you have completed a Profile please contact Maria Mercado at maria.mercado@brandsource.com or (714) 502-9620.  To download the Member Profile click Brand Source Service Member Profile.

Customers are instructed that the BSS company will be in contact with them by 5:00 PM the same day if the call is received before noon, and by noon of the next day of the call is received after noon to schedule service.  BSS companies are free to charge consumers their normal rate.  Very few calls, if any, are expected to be warranty calls.  Service requests will be faxed to your company on a Brand Source Service cover sheet.  If you are not able to take the call for some reason please follow instructions on the service request fax.877-GO-BRAND will be marketed through millions of Brand Source tabloids distributed throughout the country each month, on the enhanced www.brandsource.com website coming later this summer, and on Brand Source television spots.
