Brand Source Service

The 2nd Annual Brand Source Service Convention will be held Sunday, September 28 at Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.  As was done last year, the convention is again being held in concert with Marcone’s MSA Convention which runs September 28th through Wednesday, October 1st. 
 
The BSS Convention will be a full day of business management training and presentations from industry leaders.  Topics will include measuring and driving technician productivity, managing parts inventory, increasing first time completes and other key performance indicators.  There will also be industry updates from manufacturers and Brand Source national representatives.  An agenda will be published in the coming weeks
 
The MSA Convention is one of the industry’s best service conventions, full of business management and technical training and attended by virtually every major appliance manufacturer.  Take advantage of training that you can’t get locally and network with industry players to help you grow and improve your service business!
 
The Brand Source Service Convention is FREE for BSS members, however you must register separately for the MSA Convention.  MSA members pay only $349.00, and non-MSA members pay $699.00.  If you are not an MSA member you can join for the balance of the year for only $72.00.  Forms to register for the BSS Convention and the MSA Convention are available by clicking here.  The MSA Membership Application is also included in the file.
 
NOTE
As previously published, MSA Membership is not included in your BSS membership as it was in 2007.  This means that you must deliberately join MSA to take advantage of MSA benefits including the reduced rate for MSA Convention attendance.
