Expert Protection has published several documents to ensure that Brand Source members’ use of the program is smooth and problem free.  Below are descriptions of and links to several of these documents:

Navigating the Expert Protection Website  This document is a step by step guide to entering Expert Protection contracts into Warranty Store, the Expert Protection submission web portal.  Maytag Store and Maytag Home Appliance Centers should use Navigating the Expert Protection Website_Maytag Version.

Things to Know About Warranty Store This document gives you information about when payments are posted when using different methods of payment for contract, privacy policies, how to change or cancel contracts and several other useful pieces of information.

Expert Protection Missed Entries Procedure Omitting to enter a contract can cause a lot of problems, and unfortunately is almost always discovered only when the product needs service.  Expert Protection has a solution to this problem!  This document walks you through what to do if this happens to you.

How to File an Expert Protection Claim Online This guide walks you through the process of submitting a service claim through Expert Protection’s service portal www.satisfusion.com.  Note that this portal is only used for contract sold after January 16, 2006.
