Expert Protection Program Changes
Recently N.E.W. purchased WaCA, the current administrator of Expert Protection service policies. Brand Source has been notified that N.E.W. plans to increase the prices of Expert Protection programs. Brand Source believes the increases are too exorbitant for the Expert Protection plan.
Expert Protection dealers will soon be provided with more information on the next steps regarding the program. Until that time, dealers are encouraged to conduct business as usual. There are no anticipated interruptions in service from the administrator. Brand Source wil keep Expert Protection dealers updated regularly on how this program progresses.
N.E.W / WACA has also sent out a notification letter advising dealers of a “substantial” price increase that will take place on November 10th. Click here to download the letter. Please review the letter carefully and make sure that you enter and pay for all sold plans no later than November 9th to receive current pricing. Any plans submitted (entered into the shopping cart) and not paid for, will be subject to the increased pricing.
