BSS Announces Brand Source Service Business Management Software Program
Brand Source Service is excited to announce the introduction of Brand Source Service Business Management Software. This software, powered by Swiftlink™, will track and create reports for your cycle time and first time complete rates. Manufacturers track your cycle time, but are limited to data from warranty repairs. Waht makes the Brand Source Service software so valuable is that it will track your cycle time on all repairs, regardless of warranty status, brand and product type.
You can run the My Cycle Time report or the One & Done (first time complete) report for any period of time. The Brand Source Service Extract includes cycle time and first time completes, and can be run for a pervious month or year to date. The initial version of the program will allow users to manually run the reports on a monthly basis. The next version will automatically generate the extracts and send them to Brand Source Service for use in managing the Brand Source Service National Service Network. Service referrals to BSS members will be based on cycle time and first time complete data provided in these reports (extracts).
