As a benefit of Brand Source Service membership, BSS members receive an additional $5.00 per completed call on products protected by a WaCA/NEW adminstered Expert Protection contract.  This benefit was paid automatically from a claims report that BSS would receive from WaCA/NEW quarterly.WaCA/NEW is no longer able to provide these reports to BSS.  As a result, BSS has developed a new cliams procedure for this benefit.  To claim this benefit, BSS members will need to complete and submit the Expert Protection Rate Adder Claim Form.BSS is happy to announce that the Rate Adder benefit has been extended to all Expert Protection contracts, regardless of administrator.
