Brand Source Service Member Repairs Service Department


To coin a phrase often used by Don Frank Sr., Brand Source Service Council member for the Northeast, many independent servicing dealers sorely need to “repair” their service department.

Idler’s Appliances, a Brand Source Service member with three locations in west Central California has done exactly that.  Don reported to Brand Source Service during last week’s National Convention that he has attended as many BSS seminars as he can, taken all of the knowledge and expertise that was made available to him, and worked with his service department management team to implement it.  The result?  Idler’s now boasts a well oiled, professional, efficient and PROFITABLE service department.
